    After filling out our application form and being listed as one of our dropshipping partner, you will receive your own online shop access. We will also send you all required product information.

    1. Sign in to our online shop with your shop access and put the product your customers would like to buy into your shopping cart.
    2. When ordering, enter your customers delivery address as the delivery address. The invoice address is your address.
    3. Select a shipping and a payment method (for example PayPal, purchase on account or advance payment) and finalize the order.
    4. After we have received payment, we will send the ordered wares to your customer as fast as possible and in neutral packaging.
    5. At the same time, we will send you additional details of the order, for example the tracking number(s) or installation guides.
    6. You can always check on the status of your order in your shop account.

    We exclusively ship with insurance. Furthermore, our outgoing goods are under video surveillance to avoid any problems afterwards. Should any problems occur despite this, please let us know via our contact form.

    The discount tiers are dependent on the respective number of sold products. If you cross a certain number of orders, you will progress to the next higher discount tier. You can check your currently applied conditions as well as sale prices directly, when looking at the respective article in our online shop if you are logged in to your account.

    Yes. With the help of our shipping cost table, you can check which countries we ship to. If a country of destination that you would like to ship to is not listed, please contact us using the contact form.

    In this case, your customer will pay you the tax rate of their respective country of destination. You will then receive your invoice with the current (German) turnover tax rate from us. The resulting price difference (the turnover tax you paid) will be transferred afterwards. Please also consult your tax advisor or contact our  accounting department.

    Due to the fact that the majority of orders are individual orders, we have to charge shipping costs for them. If however, the purchasing quantity is higher or you are already in a better discount tier, you can take advantage of free shipping within Germany.

    Since these are your customers, dropshipping orders are always delivered neutrally. This means that neither the packing material, nor the content of the package will make it possible to conclude that we are the sender. For this reason, we will simply transfer the shipping details, like the shipping confirmation including the tracking number to you, so you can send the information to your end customer.
